Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Bad book reviews happen. Even the most acclaimed books receive negative reviews; sometimes from the New York Times, sometimes from an anonymous reviewer on Amazon. This breakout session will cover how to handle negative reviews, how negative reviews can actually increase book sales, and ways that you can use negative reviews to your marketing and PR advantage.
